Registered Users can delete an object they've added within the platform (or have edit rights to). Deleted Objects that can be restored include: 1. **Resources** added to the platform from outside sources (documents, images, videos and website urls) 2. **Collections** 3. **Lesson Plans**, **Projects** and **Outlines** created using the curriculum tools within the platform. The steps provided in this guide show a resource being deleted and restored. It is the same process for the other object types.
*Click* the garbage can on the object you would like to delete
A modal will pop up asking you if your are sure you want to delete this object and deletion will remove the object from other content on the site. ***What does this mean?*** *It means that if you have added a Resource to the platform and it has been added to a Collection or a Lesson Plan, it will be removed from that.* *Click* the **Delete Button**.
If a user decides they want to un-delete an object, *navigate* to **User Navigation** by *clicking* on the small profile dropdown in the right side header of the platform. From the dropdown, *select*
Restore the object by *clicking* on the **Restore button** The object will be found on your Dashboard under the applicable object type block.
