Restore an Assignment to Trainee Home Page

An employee can see their training assignments on the Assignments tab under the calendar on the Trainee Home page. You see here that "A Guide to Effective Meetings" is assigned here.

The employee can click ">> Click here to record completion of this assignment. <<" To indicate that they completed the assignment. After they click this button and enter a completion date, they will no longer see the assignment. But sometimes they do this in error and need to get back to the assignment to finish it.

In that case an Admin needs to reset the course. To do so click "Admin Dashboard"

And go to the "Assignments" tab.

If it is a CBT, click on "Pending CBT and On-Demand Assignments"

Select the employee from the drop down menu and click SEARCH to find their assignments.

Here you see the "A Guide to Effective Meetings" assignment.

Click this icon with the arrow to get to the assignment details.

Click the "Completed" field and delete the date.

Click "UPDATE"

Now the employee can go to their "Trainee Home" page again.

And they will see the assignment on their Assignments tab again.
