In this example, the customer had a £108 Account Credit as the result of a refund. They used that credit to purchase a membership that costs £70, so they have an Account Credit of £38 remaining.

To refund the remaining credit, we've headed to the payment and clicked "Reverse Refund".

On the next page we'll see a message letting us know that the customer used part of the credit and that the system will only be able to refund the remaining amount of £38.

Blair Abercrombie has already used part of the account credit that was issued in the original refund, so you will only be able to reverse the remaining amount (£38.00).

To reverse the refund, select the checkbox and click "Reverse Refund".
