See the review score and a few main KPIs of the reservation on the left.

Click on the "RU Listing" button and see what your listing looks like to the potential guests on the Rentals United website. 

Reply to the guest's review by clicking on the "Reply Review" button. You are redirected to the specific review details inside Rentals United where you can write and send a reply.

Click on the "Channel" filter and select the reviews received on Booking and/or Airbnb.

The "AVG Review Score" feature enables you to filter reviews based on their score ranges. Depending on your analysis needs, you can choose from three different values to refine your review selection.

Select the "AVG Review score" range you want to filter out.

Use the "Replied?" filter to see only those reviews that were not replied.

By clicking on ONLY over the red circle will show only those reviews that were not answered.
