Getting Started

Select the the Itinerary in which you want to add or edit Room Types and navigate to Step 2: Accommodation.
**Note:** To add or edit Room Types you will need to already have added accommodation to your Itinerary -  [this](https://trip-solutions.helpscoutdocs.com/article/1094-adding-fixed-accommodations) guide will explain how to do so.
In Step 2, select 'Room Details' next to the accommodation for which you want to add or edit Room Types.
This will open a pop-up window where you can specify the details of your chosen accommodation.

Setting Room Types

Select the applicable Room Type/s for your chosen accommodation from the drop-down menu/s. The Room Types that are displayed in the drop-down menus are pulled from existing content which the Accommodation Supplier has loaded on Wetu. By selecting one of the Room Types which the Accommodation Supplier has loaded on Wetu, additional details (such as the Room Type description and images) will be displayed on the Itinerary outputs[[.]]
However, certain Accommodation Suppliers don't list some or all of their Room Types on Wetu, which means that you need to manually enter the name/s of the Room Type/s on your own. This is possible using 'free text'. Instead of selecting an existing Room Type by simply typing the name of the Room Type into the relevant field.
Click on 'Save Details' to save the Room Types you have selected and/or manually entered.

Room Configuration

Once you have selected your Room Types, specify the room configurations.
**Note:** It is also possible to set Room Configuration information in Step 1, at the bottom right of the screen. If you have added this information in Step 1, it will pull through to the Room Details window in Step 2.

Number of Rooms

If the Accommodation has added in the number of rooms of a particular Room Type that they have available, you will be able to see this to the right of the Room Type you have added.
If you have added in more of a particular Room Type than the accommodation has available, a warning sign will appear.

Hide Room Type

You will also be able to hide any room types which you do not want your client to see. This is useful if, for example, you have a specific arrangement with an accommodation provider about which room types a client may choose from as part of a particular package. To do this tick the checkbox next to 'Only display selected room types'. Only the room types that you have selected will show on your itinerary outputs.

Itinerary Outputs

On Itinerary outputs which you send to your client, Room Types and Room Configuration will appear under the Accommodation tab.
