There are three observation tools the rely on your custom rubric settings.  The Standards Over Time and Targeted Comments tool require only look for elements in your rubrics while the Expanded Rubric tool will need look for elements and performance indicator statement. Every iWalkObservation user can create an unlimited number of rubric and can share them with others in their team/district account. To create a rubric, navigate to "Tool Configuration" and select "Rubric Configuration" in the drop down menu.

You will find all the rubric configurations that you have access to listed in the Rubric table. Note some may be "Shared With You" and others may be rubrics you created. Using the Action icons, rubrics you no longer use can be hidden (if shared with you) or archived (if created by you). Selecting either of the two tick boxes below the Rubrics title will reveal hidden or archived rubrics allowing you to reverse their visibility and restore the Rubric.

Create a new rubric by selecting the "New Rubric" button. You can create a new rubric directly in the app or upload a CSV. Selecting "Upload CSV" will present you with additional instructions. 

To create your new rubric, give it a title and select the number of performance indicators you want to use. Edit the performance indicator labels as needed and add a rubric description that will explain and identify the rubric. 

Use the "+" icons to add rows to your rubric. Use the double kabob icon to drag and reorder your rubric rows. Add element and performance indicator statements to each field in the row, creating your rubric. Once in the observation tool, you will be able to tap a performance statement to select it or comment on observable actions for each element.
