Open Update Percentage Pay spreadsheet in Drive

Make a copy of the Most Recent Tab & Rename to Current Month & Year

Scroll to the end of the highlighted portion. Delete remaining rows.

Return to the top of the of the spreadsheet: Press [[Ctrl]] + [[Home]]

Click Share & send to Operations & Payroll

Run the Procedure for Update Percentage Pay

Right click "dbo.aac_PercentagePayUpdatePay"

Highlight everything from the first select until the BEGIN for the loop & Run it

Make sure the Alert posted to "Google Chat - Payroll 9-1-1 - Chat"

Click "Google Chat - Payroll 9-1-1 - Chat"

Click "Google Chat - Rating Alerts - Chat"

Click "Google Chat - Payroll and Ops Management - Chat"
