Navigate to <https://vms.mysourcenow.com/login>

On the search bar type the candidate's name

Click the arrow to open the candidate's assignments

On the bottom right corner of the page click on the **actions** button

Select one of the options to end the assignment

Click on the reason for ending the assignment

Under **end date** click on the calendar icon to select the end date of the assignment

The assignment status will then change to option selected on step 11

Tip! If you accidentally terminated the employee you can reactivate them ONLY at the time the assignment is ended

On the bottom right of the page click **reactivate**

Click on the reason to reactivate the assignment
