Navigate to <https://portal.geoh.app/dashboard>

Ensure "Schedule" is selected in the submenu.

Find the top right corner of the Scheduling page, then click "New Visit."

Assign a Client for your new visit series.

You can use the search box to find your client quickly. Once your client's name appears, click the name.

If necessary, assign the Client to a Group.

Select the visit type that you wish to assign to the client.

Choose a method to search for a caregiver.

Click the name of the caregiver you would like to assign to the visit series.

If you already have  start time and end time in mind, you can set the first field to "Calculate Duration."

If you need to adjust the day the visit series started on, click the calendar icon.

Find the day on the calendar that matches the date you wish the visit series to begin, then click on the day.

If you need to adjust which days the visits occur, click the drop-down menu under the 'Repeat' field.

In this example, we want the visits to occur every Tuesday and Thursday, so we will click "Weekly" in the drop-down menu.

If you wish the Visit Series to have an end date, enter the date here. Otherwise, leave it blank.

On the Preview Schedule page, you can check for any conflicts. If everything looks good, click "NEXT."

Click tasks to assign them to the visit series.

To assign all tasks, click 'All Visit Type Tasks."

Your new visit series is now in the schedule.
