Tip! BMIS has a portal for IQPs to submit the results of their annual inspections into BMIS, as well as report on any follow up items or defects in the form of remedial actions.

From the building dashboard, Click "Specified Systems".

Click on the button in the "Next inspection" column to access the inspection for the specified system.

Make sure the correct specified system is pre-selected, then add the inspection date.

Alert! The ICP will receive an email with a link and QR code that is unique to that inspection.

There are 2 options for further notifying the IQP. Click "Options".

For the magic link option, you can copy the QR code, or the URL to pass onto the IQP to access the inspection interface. Click "Copy magic link url".

Click here to confirm re-sending the email to the IQP.
