Before you start with actual implementation of Outreach appflows, please make sure that you have paid connections to several apps needed. LinkedIn Outreach app license can be purchased here: <https://app.linkedinoutreach.ai/>, do not forget to link your Linkedin account in the app. All connections have to be created in "Integrations" section.

OpenAI credits have to be purchased to your standard OpenAI subscription. Again, connection to an OpenAI module has to be done in "Integrations" section before the actual implementation.

Step-by-step implementation of your Outreach program

Tip! When these Appflows are purchased, new required custom fields are automatically created in your System.

Click "LinkedIn AI Outreach" in order to process the purchase of LinkedIn Outreach app (required to be able to run LinkedIn Outreach program).

Log In or create an account to progress to the next step.

Click "Subscribe" and process the payment via Stripe checkout page.

Link your personal LinkedIn account in section "Linked Services", just follow mentioned simple steps to proceed.

Go back to the Marketplace page and click "I am aware".

Create new or select a current System for Appflows to be installed.

Create new or select a current Space for Appflows to be installed and click "Next".

New custom field groups are automatically created. Click "Install".

Outreach Applows are automatically created. Click "Set up Google Sheets".

Process with all steps and click "Continue".

Click the first module to start import setup of your contacts.

Create or Select Connection and select specific Google sheet.

Click here and select specific sheet tab and area where data can be found.

The same for other LinkedIn Outreach module

Click here to create messages with dynamic vales (like Name etc.). Use other "Tools" modules and create copy variants based on competitor options. In case you do not need variants based on competiors, you can keep just the first and the last "Tools" module, the rest between can be deleted.

Create messages for all messagiing variants.

In case you do not need any variants based on competitors, just delete 2nd, 3rd and 4th "Tools" modules.

Create or Select Connection for the last 2 "Boost Space - Contacts" modules

Do not forget to set up a logic when appflows should be active. Click the section with timing.

For Appflows 2, 3, 5, 6 andf 8 you set timming to "every 15 minut" but just in business hours from Monday to Friday. Applow 4 runs "every 15 minutes" with no limitations. Appflow 7 is set to be activated "Immediately as data arrives".

Follow the same steps in order to connect the rest of Appflows (Appflow 3 to Appflow 8).
