Click the Lotus icon to view current seats. Admin Users see the column "Staffing Plan Status" and have the ability to edit it. Other users only see seats with the "Active" status. Admin users see seats in all statuses.

Fill out all the required fields. Job Title + Department+ Entity combinations are validated according to the ADP Source of Truth document. If you need to add a title to an entity or department, please contact Human Resources to start that process. Once updated, the combination will be valid in the app.

Click "Save". New Active seats will show up for other users with a data sync/app refresh.
