From the Seats view (the Lotus), click on a row to edit as usual.

In the form that pops up, you can make edits to the seat, but if you need to make edits to info about the *person* in the seat, click the new Gutcheck button.

This opens a mini form with info to tag to the *person* in the seat.

4 – Can’t lose this person – must be on my team (actively retain)

You'll go back to the seat detail view, with a new note included to indicate the person's Gutcheck.
