Sell a Gift Card

Gift cards are sold by creating an invoice, the same way you would sell any product or service. If the purchaser isn't already in the system, register them as a patient before getting started.

Navigate to their Patient360 profile and click "Financials.

Click Invoices

Click the "+ Invoice" button to create the new invoice.

Start by selecting the office the gift card is being purchased from. It can be redeemed at any of your offices.

Next, click the Gift icon

You can choose a preset amount or enter a custom amount

Once ready, click "Add to invoice"

If you need to sell multiple gift cards in one transaction, you can add as many as needed.

Once all gift cards are added, click "Create Invoice"

Review the details in the confirmation screen, and click "Create."

Keep in mind that the gift card won't be active until the invoice is paid in full, so go ahead and register the payment using the appropriate payment method.

Once payment is collected, the gift card will appear under "Purchased Gift Cards" on the invoice. Click on it to open its details

Copy the code to share with the purchaser.
