Select the correct privacy setting for your stream and bidder availability.

Filter on Bidders
Public
Filter on Tables

You can filter your privacy settings in three ways:

- Filter on Bidders
- Public
- Filter on Tables

This is great for VIP access or testing purposes

The "Page Control Alert" tells you that only one person can be signed in using the EventStream at a time. To take control of the feature, type Yes in the "Take Control?" field.

All Unsold Live Items will be listed below the corresponding tab

Click Start to start the bidding on this item

When a bidder in the room raises their paddle to participate in the auction, click "In Person Bid".

This bid is recorded below and raises the "Next" amount so you can click it again for each in person bid.

The bid numbers for these bids do not matter. Only the winning bidder number should be recorded after the item sells.

Navigate to [https://cbo.io/butler/livestream.php](https://cbo.io/butler/livestream.php)

Your item has been sold. Boom! It will be available to pay for within the next 10 minutes.

If the bidder from home won the item, they will see "You WON this Item"

Click Close and select the next item to continue the Live Auction

Make edits to any winner by clicking the person icon by the bid.

Add the correct bidder number and click Ok.

This can be done immediatley after the item sells or after the Live auction is over.

**Suggested dialog when Starting the Live Auction** *NOTE: Make sure to tap on a Live Item in the Butler &gt; Manage Your EventStream page of your admin to show the Bid Live button on guest phones.*

"Let's get started with our live auction. If you're joining us online, there will be a green Bid Live button that will appear below the house and menu items. Just tap that button and we'll show you the bid button when we start accepting bids.
