Set up a workflow with Excel, Compose-String and an Email module

Get an Excel file with your license keys at<https://portal.scan2lead.com/Key/SmartLicenseKeyList>

Add a new column with your mail addresses to it and save it to your OneDrive

Connect the Excel module to your MS account and choose your Excel file to work with

Configure a simple email validator in between the first 2 steps

Write a mail to yourself, containing everything your users will need (eg. the license key and a link to the installation instructions). Then, copy the source code of this mail.

Paste the source code of your mail into the textbox of the Compose-a-string module. Then, replace the license key placeholder with the value from your Excel module.

Now connect the Outlook module to your account. Use the text you've just composed in the field Body Content. Use your own as the senders address and the email of your Excel module to fill out the recipients address field.

Congratulations, you've just finished your bulk process. When you're ready, press the button "Run once" to let your Outlook account send out all of your licenses to your colleagues.
