How to Set Signing Order for E-Signatures

This guide shows how to request e-signatures in RAAMP and control who signs when. It walks you from locating the PDF through adding or creating contacts, enabling and arranging a signing order by drag-and-drop, and opening the document editor to finish the request. It’s helpful if you need a reliable, step-by-step way to manage multi-signer workflows.

How to Access File Management Modules

From the navigation menu, select **Files**.

Files Overview

The Companies, Properties, Tenants, Contacts, and Accounting module all contain file management modules. These steps apply to any file management module located in RAAMP.

How to Set Signing Order for E-Signatures

Locate **the PDF file** you want to request a signature for > Select the **file's checkbox**.

Select **Request Signature**.

Select the **Requester Email field** > Enter the **requester's email address** or **leave blank** to default to your email.

Select **New Signer**.

Select **a name** or type a **new contact** to add. *If you need to add a contact, see the **How to Add a New Contact** section.*

Select **New Signer** to add another signer > Select **a name** or type a **new contact** to add from the dropdown menu.

Select the **Set Signing Order checkbox** to define signature sequence.

Select and drag to **set order**.

Select **Create Signature Request** to open document editor.

How to Add a New Contact

Enter the **signer's name** > Select **Add XXX** or select **Enter** on your computer's keyboard.

Select **(edit)**.

Select the **email field** > Enter the **contact's email** and any other preferred information.

Select **Save**.
