Calendar sync connects your Outlook calendar with Ospreys Navigate, ensuring they work together in two ways:

1. Your Ospreys Navigate appointments appear on your Outlook calendar
2. Your Outlook calendar appointments automatically block those times in Ospreys Navigate, preventing student scheduling even during your set availability hours

Click the calendar icon in the left-hand menu

Click 'Microsoft Office 365 (Latest Version)'

Enter your Stockton email address and click 'Next'.

You'll see a notification in the bottom right corner saying 'Office 365 connection successful!' Wait 30 minutes for synchronization to complete.
