Set Up Relay Fee

The Relay Fee is an additional charge applied when an order is forwarded to another florist for fulfillment. The relay fee will only be applied to new wire-out orders. Follow the steps below to configure the relay fee in your system.

### **Step 1: Access the Hana Dashboard** - Navigate to [**Hana POS**](https://hanafloralpos3.com/Dashboard/Hana) and log in.

### **Step 2: Open Configuration Settings** - Click the **Configuration Icon** on the **left menu**. - Select **"Settings"** to access system configurations.

### **Step 3: Navigate to Delivery Settings** - Click **"Dispatch"** and go to **"Delivery Settings Details"**.

### **Step 4: Edit Relay Fee** - Locate the **Relay Fee** section. - Click the **Pencil/Edit Icon** to modify the relay fee settings.

### **Step 5: Enter the Fee Amount** - Input the appropriate relay fee amount for wire-out orders. ### **Step 6: Save Changes** - Click **Submit** to apply and save the new relay fee settings.
