This allows you to setup notifications to email or SMS for phone calls.
Example: You may have a pool emergency phone and you may want your front desk attendant alerted if that phone ever dials 911.
Navigate to [https://rdm.ooma.com/](https://rdm.ooma.com/devices) and sign into your account.
Click the device you need to modify.

Click "Notifications"

Click "Call".

Enter the email address or cell phone number you would like to receive notifications at for the port you would like to receive notifications on. Also select if you would like Call Notifications for "Any Calls or Specific Calls"

If you choose the "Specific Call(s)" field a pop up window will appear with additional steps.

Click the "Add Or Edit Number(s)" field and add the specific numbers you want notified.
