Setting Default Assignees and Followers

Navigate to [https://app.servusconnect.com/app](https://app.servusconnect.com/app)

Select "Properties" from sidebar. Then, select desired property.

Once in the desired property select "Assignees & Followers" tab.

Once in "Assignees & Followers". There are 4 options each having Default Assignee and Followers. Those are Service Request, Inspections, Make-Ready, and Projects. There can only be one Assignee as this will be the person always getting assigned the task you have them selected for, however, there can be multiple followers as they receive notifications for when something new comes in or updates to the given task.

Select the plus sign circled in red.

Select the desired user.

Click Confirm to save changes.
