Locate the delegate who needs to be made a Delegate Manager (DM)

Click this checkbox to mark as a Delegate Manager

Delegate Managers will be marked with the icon as shown below, and clicking the icon will allow you manage their delegates, and link & unlink them

You will also see delegates who are managed identified with the chain link icon

If there existing delegate profiles that need to be linked to the new DM profile, follow the next steps

Type the name of the delegate profile you wish to link in the "Search for..." field, then click "Search"

Click "LINK" on the delegate profile(s) you wish to link to this DM

They will then be added to the DM's list.

**Delegates can be unlinked by clicking the "Unlink" icon**

Using the "Login As" tool, you will be able to see the delegate(s) managed by the DM.

Full information for the delegates link to the DM will show on their profile. They will also have the option to add further delegates to the system and automatically link them

Below are a list of delegates which you manage. You can login as each delegate to edit their personal information or view their history. If a delegate is marked as restricted below this means they cannot book on the system if they were to login individually.

**Restricted Delegates:** This functionality is to be switched on when the DM needs to control all bookings, and not allow individual delegates to book on courses themselves
