Under the Advanced menu, Click "Payment Options"

Click Yes for Payment Per Submission if there is a fee for each or click No is it is a one-time fee regardless of how many submissions a person submits.

Click 'Yes' for Payment Part of Final Step if the user is allowed to enter all of the submission content first and submits payment at the end or 'No' if the user has to pay first before they are allowed to enter the submission content.

For Pricing Style, select 'One Price' if it is one fee for all submissions or select Variable Pricing if you have different fees that are conditional on dates e.g. Early Bird or Late Fees.

In Payment Amount enter a single fee for One Price. Variable Prices are entered in the Prices screen after you save your changes in this settings screen.

Click the Processor Currency Code dropdown to select the corresponding current for the submission fee.

For Taxes, select the corresponding tax rules to be used.

Enter an Invoice Prefix. This will appear on each submission invoice.

In the Invoice Statement Header, you may customize the invoice header with an image or details of who to contact.

In Invoice Statement Footer, enter additional information such as refunding details that will appear at the bottom of each invoice.

Click 'Yes' for Credit Card Test mode. While in Test mode, transactions will not be processed through your merchant account.

Click the dropdown for Credit Card Processor to select your merchant account type.

Enter your payment processor API keys in the Credit Card API Key 1, 2, 3, 4 where applicable.

If you wish to exempt users from certain countries from paying, using your mouse click to highlight each applicable country.  Hold the Ctrl key down while clicking to select or unselect multiple countries.

If applicable, enter text in the "No Payment Required Message".

Click the Update button to save your changes.
