To proceed, click on "Sign up for ePayments"

Create a password that meets the password requirements

Enter your phone number and select how you would like to receive 2-step verification.

When you click "Send Code," you will receive a code via text or phone call. Enter the code you receive on bill.com.

Select whether you would like to use "Guest Payment."

Note: Using "Guest Payment" will apply transaction based fees, so we recommend selecting "No, skip this."

Select your business type from the drop-down menu.

Fill in your business details. Then click "Next" at the bottom of the page

Select if you would like to receive virtual cards. 

Note: This means that you will receive payment via a virtual Visa Card or Mastercard. We recommend "No, Use Bank Transfers"

Enter your bank information. This includes your account type, routing number, bank name, and account number.

Select your payment speed.

Note: Instant transfers will incur a 1% fee deducted from your payment amount, so we recommend selecting "Standard - ACH delivery."

Congratulations! You have set up your Bill.com Account.

Once you have set up your Bill.com account, you will be taken to your profile, pictured below.

Enter your federal tax classification. Enter these details as they appear on your tax returns. If you are filing as an individual or sole proprietor, enter your legal name in "Name".

Note: 

If your business is a single-member LLC (or disregarded entity for tax purposes), you must put your name on Line 1, and put your LLC or DBA name on Line 2. 

For instance, if you are the only owner of "Uncle Sam Hats LLC," you would write your full legal name on Line 1, and you would write "Uncle Sam Hats LLC" on Line 2.

If you are a multi-member LLC, reporting taxes as a partnership, S-corporation, or C-corporation, put your business name on Line 1.

Note:

If you're an individual or sole proprietor, enter your SSN.

If you’re a single-member LLC that has not elected S-Corp or C-Corp status, use your SSN or EIN if you have one.

If the single-member LLC has made an election to be taxed as a different business entity type, use that entity’s EIN.

If you’re a resident alien rather than a U.S. Citizen, use your **Individual Taxpayer Identification Number (ITIN).**
