After setting up your triggers click to Add an action

Search and click "Request a Coupon Code" from your Integrated Apps

Add another action to determine what to do with the issued Code or Coupon

Edit, copy, and clear CRM property values

Choose a Property where you want to place this unique Code our Coupon

At this point the Code or Coupon has been added to the property you selected. Add additional actions or end the workflow

For example, to send the code to your customers via email in this workflow, click the action step for "Communications" and click "Send an email to the contact"

Choose the email you'd like to include or create a new email.

Make sure your email includes a token that is your previously created Contact Record for the Customer Coupon.

Back in your Workflow, Click "Save" to finish adding the email step.

You can now end the workflow or add another step if needed. Examples of additional steps you can include may be triggering another automation, sending an SMS, adding to a report, creating a task, and more.
