Setup the Zoom Integration

**Before you begin setting up the Zoom Integration, please complete these essential steps within your Zoom Account Settings. These actions ensure calls are automatically recorded in Zoom and successfully processed by Imagine.** **1. Configure Automatic Call Recording:** - Sign in to your Zoom account via a web browser. - Navigate to **Account Management > Account Settings > Recording & Transcript**. - Toggle **Automatic Recording** to **Enable**. - Crucially, ensure the sub-option for "Automatic call recording" is checked.

2. **Enable Call Control for Third-Party Applications:** - Go to **Account Management > Account Settings**, then click the **Zoom Phone** tab. - Click to **Enable** the setting: **Automatically Call From 3rd Party Apps**. *Disclaimer: It is your responsibility to comply with all call recording laws. Please utilize Zoom's "automatic recording started notifications" feature to inform participants and obtain necessary consent.*

**Now that your Zoom account is properly configured, let's proceed with setting up the integration within the Zoom App Marketplace.**

Navigate to <https://marketplace.zoom.us/user/build> and ensure you are logged in as a Zoom Account Admin

Click Develop > Build App

Select "Server to Server OAuth App" and then Create.

Type a name - we would suggest "Imagine AI Integration". Click Create

Copy the Account ID, Client ID and Client Secret Values. Please share these with your Imagine AI Account Manager.\ \ Click Continue once done.

Fill out the Information: **App** **Name**: As per previous step **Short** **Description**: Integration into Imagine AI Platform **Company Name**: Your Company Name **Developer Name**: Imagine AI **Developer Email**: [support@imagine-ai.com](mailto:support@imagine-ai.com) Once done, click Continue

Copy the Secret Token. Please share this with your Account Manager

**Important:** At this stage, please provide the **TOKEN** to your Imagine AI Account Manager. You **will not** be able to continue any further until your Account Manager has confirmed.

Once your Imagine AI Account Manager has confirmed you can continue, turn on the Event Subscriptions toggle.

Click "Add Event Subscription"

Set the subscription name to Imagine.

Click the "Event Notification Endpoint URL" field, enter the URL provided by your Imagine AI Account Manager, and then click Validate.

Click "Add Events" and select the following exact events: - Callee ended a phone call - Caller ended a phone call - Voicemail is received - Call recording is completed - Voicemail transcription is complete - Call recording transcription is complete

In the Scopes tab, ensure the below scopes are added. You can copy each of the main bullet points and it should returned the detailed name that is indented. Ensure these match exactly: - **View call recordings** - *[[phone:read:list_call_recordings:admin]]* - **View a call recording** - *[[phone:read:call_recording:admin]]* - **View a call log** - *[[phone:read:call_log:admin]]* - **View call logs** - *[[phone:read:list_call_logs:admin]]* - **View a phone user** - *[[phone:read:user:admin]]* Check that the scopes are **exactly** as per the above

Once configured, you should see the same summary as below. Enter a Scope Description. We would recommend:\ \ *"We use this to surface call recordings in our CRM, which can be later listened back to by the caller. This is stored in an encrypted Azure storage location."*

Click Continue and then on the next screen, click "Activate your app"

Done! Make sure you have also setup the Zoom Smart Embed Widget app. Ensure to share these with your Imagine AI Account Manager (from the previous steps): - Account ID - Client ID - Client Secret - Webhook Secret
