Navigate to https://you_imagen_domain/mycollections/index/

Locate your collection, and click on the privacy settings, in this case, it is "Private"

Click the "Enter email address or group…" field. Start typing "Everyone" and click when it autocompletes and pops up

Click on the vertical ellipsis (Three dots)

Click "Share via link"
