In Enfiy, navigate to the My elements section and locate the Element you want to share. If you want to share a Board, locate the Board in My boards section.

..and click the "Share" button. For Boards, click the ... menu and choose Details and then Sharing.

Click here and start typing the name or email address of the user you want to share with. You can also use the User group button up in the right corner if you want to share with a group.

The user is added. Click on the Access level to give the user the correct access level to the shared Element or Board.

Choose between access levels Read, Write and Manage.

When access level is set, click on the Save button to share the Element or Board.

You will get a confirmation message when you have shared the Element or Board.

You will also get a blue sharing indicator on the Element or Board you shared, indication how many users you are sharing the Element or Board with.

On the recipient side, you can see that in My elements - Shared with me folder, has a green mark and is indicating that one new Element has been shared with him. 

The shared element is in the folder and has a green mark witch indicates that the Element is not opened. If the user opens the Element (drag and drop it into a display), the green mark will disappear.

If you have shared a Board, the recipient will see that 1 new Board is shared with him and the Board is marked in the list with a green button, indicating the Board has not been run yet.

The user can also remove the shared Element or Board by clicking on the ...menu and choosing Hide. 

To unshare the Element or Board, click on the sharing indicator.

The sharing indicator will be removed from the Element or Board.  At the recipients side, the Element will be removed from the Shared with me folder and if it is a Board that was shared, the Board will disappear from the My boards list.
