Share your Outlook Calendar with colleagues

      Navigate to [https://outlook.office.com/calendar/](https://outlook.office.com/calendar/)
      You may be prompted to sign in with your organisation's email address and password.

      Granting Access

      Hover your mouse over your calendar, then click on the three dots [[...]]
      Click "Sharing and permissions"
      Click the "Enter an email address or contact name" field
      Type the name or email address of your colleague
      Click "select your colleague's name from the list"

      Access Permission Levels

      Permission Levels: - Can view when I'm free/busy -Can view appointment titles and locations as well as free/busy -Can view all appointment details -Can edit and create appointments
      From the drop down menu, select the level of permission you wish to give them
      For example "Can edit"
      Finally click "Share"
      Congratulations, you have successfully shared your calendar! Your colleague will receive an invite asking them to view your calendar in their Outlook.

      Removing Access

      Important: You can repeat steps 1-3 at any time and choose to remove access if you no longer wish them to have it.
