Hover your mouse over your calendar, then click on the three dots [[...]]

Click the "Enter an email address or contact name" field

Type the name or email address of your colleague

Click "select your colleague's name from the list"

Access Permission Levels
Permission Levels:
- Can view when I'm free/busy
-Can view appointment titles and locations as well as free/busy
-Can view all appointment details
-Can edit and create appointments

From the drop down menu, select the level of permission you wish to give them

Congratulations, you have successfully shared your calendar!
Your colleague will receive an invite asking them to view your calendar in their Outlook.
Removing Access
Important: You can repeat steps 1-3 at any time and choose to remove access if you no longer wish them to have it.
