Navigate to <https://admin.microsoft.com/#/homepage>

Click the **Send on behalf of permissions** option

Navigate to [https://portal.crossware365.com/cms/designer/lookups](https://portal.crossware365.com/cms/designer/lookups)

Enter the C# script below:\

Enter the details as shown below &gt; Click **SAVE & CLOSE**

**NOTE:** The [[Directory Attribute]] is dependent on what information you want displaying for the sender (e.g. may be a **firstName**, **surname**, **telephoneNumber** etc.)

Select the **Signature Blocks** icon &gt; Hover over the relevant signature block &gt; Click **edit**

Drag and drop the "*SenderDisplayName*" field

Send a test email from your Outlook (send test emails in Crossware portal does not apply for "Send on Behalf")

Click the [[From]] field &gt; Enter the Shared Mailbox's email address &gt; Click **OK** &gt; Click **Send**

Type "[admin21@crosswaredemo.com](mailto:admin21@crosswaredemo.com)"

The display name for the user sending on behalf of the mailbox should now be visible
