Note: This menu is only available for users with the 'Content Manager' or 'Content Author' role (on top of their other roles and access).

Select whether you want to share an activity, exercise set or report. 

Note: Exercises can only be shared as part of an exercise set.

Search for the activity/exercise set/report ...

Select the sharing icon on the relevant content.

This table shows all clients and accounts you have access to and to which clients and accounts this activity has been shared.

This specific view is for a Client-Admin user. In this example, the assessment has been shared with 'Account Example 1'.

This means Account Admins with access to this account can make the assessment available to the projects within that Account.

Account Admins with only access to 'Account Example 2' will not see the assessment.

Clicking 'Account sharing' makes the assessment available to *all* accounts under this 'Example Client'. It will also be available to accounts under that client that are created in the future.

Switching a toggle ON in project availability column ensures that this assessment can be added to projects under this account by admins with Project Builder permission.

The 'project availability' toggle will turn ON all project availability toggles under that client. This means that newly created accounts or projects will also immediately have access to this assessment.

Example of the Sharing table view for an **Account-Admin**. They can only share the content to projects under the account(s) they have access to (in this case only 1 account).

Turning a toggle OFF means that this activity or report is no longer shared and can no longer be added to new projects.

It will not affect activities and reports that have *already* been added to projects.

A note on **reports**: Before sharing reports with new clients/accounts/projects you will need to share the compatible activity(s) with the same clients/accounts/projects.

A note for **Partner Admins** only: Partner-owned content can also be shared across all clients, accounts and projects under this partner.

Note that switching one of these toggles might take a minute or two as it causes a lot of changes.

Partners can decide with which Clients (left-most column) they want to share the content. Client Admins can then decide to share this content with accounts and projects "under" them (their view is like Step 8).
