Ensure that you are logged into the Kurtosys Studio for Office add-in (in both MS Word and MS Excel).

Select the Tables card on MS Word to access the tables module.

Toggle on "Shared" to access predefined shared tables.

Select the table that you would like to add to the document.

The table will be added to your Word document.

Select the "Tables" card within MS Excel.

Select "Shared" to access predefined shared tables within MS Excel.

Select the table that you would like to add to your document.

Note that we are selecting the same table that we added to our Word document.
