Once your form is created, navigate to the form editor and select the **Publish** tab at the top.

A message will appear indicating that your form is not yet published and cannot be accessed by anyone. Click on the **Publish** button to share or embed it on your website.

After clicking on the Publish button, you will access the **Publish** menu. Under the Share tab, modify the Form Title and include a form description if desired. If you wish to share a link to the form, click on the Copy icon next to the Link to Share section.

To share the form on social media, click on the icon corresponding to the social media platform of your choice. This action will redirect you to the selected platform for posting.

For sharing the form via a **QR Code,** select the QR code icon in the Share Online section.

You will be prompted to choose whether to **Download** the code or **Embed the QR Code** by obtaining a link. Click on your preferred option.
