Creating or Updating Groupings on Mobile

Creating a New Grouping

After logging in to the ShotFlow Samples and Styling Mobile App, use the Scan function to scan the barcodes of the Samples that will be Grouped. Once all of the items are scanned (a minimum of two are required for a Grouping), tap the Done button in the upper right hand corner. From the Confirmation screen, verify that the samples match the ones you want to group together, then click Done.

Click Group from the Options menu.

If no existing groupings are present for the products, you will see a warning that No Groupings exist. Click +Create New Grouping.

Input all of the details you desire for the grouping.

You can also choose to add a Reference Image. For this example, we'll pick an image from the Gallery.

Finalize the details and then click Submit.

Receive confirmation that the Grouping was successfully created. Click Done to return to the Options menu.

Adding Products an Existing Grouping t

You can choose to add products to an existing grouping by following the steps below.

If you think a grouping already exists containing one or more of the products you've scanned, you can adjust the filter to show those groupings.

In the filter menu, click on the product(s) to remove from the searching criteria. For this example, we know that there is a grouping for the 2 products checked and we want to add the the 3rd product, so we click on the new product to toggle it off, then click Done.

The existing grouping is found. Click that grouping.

A screen appears to inform you of the changes being made to the grouping. Click Submit to commit the changes.

A confirmation screen appears. Click Ok to return back to the Options menu.
