Please note that when the "Show My Work Only" toggle is turned on the user cannot see any work that is not assigned to them. This also affects the users ability to "Claim" requests and complete make ready tasks and inspections.

If "Show my work only" field is turned off. Then you will be able to see all service requests.

If "Show my work only" field is turned on. This will show only service requests that are assigned to you.
