Navigate to [https://www.unifrog.org/](https://www.unifrog.org/)

Click the "Your email address" field. Enter child's school email address and their Unifrog password and click Sign in. 

(Click Reset password if they have forgotten this. This will be sent to their [school email](https://www.office.com/?auth=2))

Once on the welcome page, scroll all the way down to the "Exploring Pathways" section

In the "Exploring Pathways" section and select "Placements"

Tips for completing the form:

1. Select "In Person" from the drop down\\
2. Select "No" for the T-level question\\
3. "Ms Parker" is the placement co-ordinator\\
4. Start date is 29th Jan 2025, end date is 30th Jan 2025\\
5. In the objectives section, briefly explain your interests, skills you hope to learn and what you'd like to do in the future.

Once all the sections of the form are complete, click "Add placement" at the bottom of the form. This will send the form to your placement host for them to complete their sections.
