After your contact has completed their Needs Assessment and are on the last page, they'll click **Continue**.

They'll see a confirmation page and a button that says **Sign Scope of Appointment** with a definition of the SOA at the bottom of the page.

Next, they'll click "Complete the SOA form"

Your contact will confirm the products they want to discuss and then click **Sign and continue**.

They'll be brought to their final confirmation page and can download the SOA to their device if they'd like.
