How to Send Announcements/Alerts If your message is 140 characters or less, it will be sent via email and text to the phone numbers of your hosts/residents who have opted in for text Announcements/Alerts. If your message is over 140 characters, it will be sent via email only to your hosts/residents who have opted in for email Announcements/Alerts.

Use the form to add or edit an announcement or alert. Ensure the message is concise if you want it to be sent via SMS.
