Use the search bar to search by all or part of a name (first or last), a personal email, or a phone number.

Click here.

The person dashboard comes up. Use it to verify that you have found the correct person. If a student ID is known by Slate, it will show. Birthdate, address, email and addresses also appear here.

Click "Profile"

Click "Account"

Click "Reset"

An email will send to the user with a temporary pin and link to reset their password.
