The green arrow next to a column header determines which item the list is primarily sorting by.

If the green arrow is clicked, it will rearrange the list from ascending to descending (A was originally at the top, now it's sorting by X at the top).

If we choose to sort by Job Title primarily, you will see the green arrow switch from Candidate Name, to Job Title.

Here we are primarily sorting by Job Title (Green arrow) and secondarily sorting by Candidate Name (Red arrow).
