Type the first letters of the relevant language, e.g., "eng" until the correct language appears in the list of available choices.

Click on the appropriate language from the dropdown options, e.g., "English"

Type the creation date of the item in the appropriate format, e.g., "October 19, 1986" or "1986" or "October 1986"

Type the creation date of the item in YYYY-MM-DD format, e.g., "1986-10-19"

Click on the highlighted, matching date on the calendar for final selection, e.g., "19"

Type "dd" or click Label to select Digitized.

Enter the date of digitization in the Expression and Begin fields in the same manner as above.

Type "c" or select Creator in the Role field.

Begin typing the correct role for the agent, e.g., "speak"

Click the appropriate option in the pull-down list, e.g., "Speaker"

Begin typing the name of the agent until the correct name appears in the pull-down, e.g., "Lorency"

Click the appropriate name to select the agent, e.g., "Lorency, David B." If the name does not appear, it has not yet been entered into the system and you will have to create a new agent record and then return to this process.

Click "+" and repeat for each Creator agent, e.g., producer, host institution.

Click in the Subjects field and begin typing relevant subject names, e.g., "preach"

Click on the best option from the pull-down list, e.g., "Pentecostal preaching"

Click "+" and repeat for any obvious subject headings

Click this dropdown to select the option for creating a "Conditions Governing Use" note.
