On the BIDS tab, the top section is your "Current Proposal Revision"

Here are details of things like Drawing Issuance, Date, Proposal Type and the Status of the current Proposal.

Here is the Summary of the Current Proposal with Scope and Proposal Totals

View in Proposal Builder

Click "View in Proposal Builder" to see the details of the current proposal

Click "REVISE" to open this Proposal for a Revision

Now that the proposal is open for Revision, make any chances necessary.

Click "SAVE AND COMPLETE" to generate the new proposal.

Click "MARK AS SUBMITTED" to indicate the proposal has been sent out.

If you need to look at the current proposal or earlier revisions, click 'View'

Click Version History to see previous versions.
