Once you have finished filling your file by following the instructions, click on 'File' ➝ 'Download' ➝ Save as CSV = "Comma Separated Values (.csv)".

Navigate to your Bookboost account ➝ [https://platform.bookboost.io](https://platform.bookboost.io)

⚠️ Very Important:
Select the App to which you would like to add the file (in case of a multi-property account).
You can 'Switch Apps' by clicking on the top left corner, next to the Bookboost logo.

Once you select the App (=hotel) you want to add the file to, click on ➝ 'Profiles' ➝ 'Import'.

1. Upload your CSV file by clicking on the blue button ➝  'Upload File'
2. We do recommend clicking on the 'CSV Options' and selecting the apostrophe ➝   '  ➝  and semicolon ➝   ; 
Please note this might differ depending on the software you use to save your CSV file (excel, numbers and others).
If we keep identifying only 1 column, try the other options.
3. Click ➝ 'Upload'.

Now is the time to match your CSV fields with Bookboost fields.

For every 'Header' select the corresponding 'Option'
Example: Headers: Email ➝ Options: email

Selecting the correct 'Option' field for each 'Header' is crucial!

Once this is done, do not forget to add a name to your Import under 'Sequence Name'
We recommend adding a name you can easily identify later, if needed.

And finally ➝ Click 'Save & Import'

The next step will be creating a List to add the customer profiles you just imported.

1. Navigate to the 'Profiles' section on the left, and click on ➝ 'Lists'.
2. On the top right corner, click on the ➝ '➕ ' sign.
3. Add a 'Name' to your list ➝ Save!

The next step is creating a List to add the customer profiles you just imported.

On the Menu on the left side, click in the 'Profiles' section ➝ 'Lists'.

Navigate to 'Import', under the same 'Profiles' Section.

1. On the Import File you added, click, under 'Actions', on the 3 dots ➝ ⠇ ➝ 'Details'.
2. Select the 'File' by clicking on the checkbox ✅
3. Click on 'Add users To List' ➝ Select the List you created in the previous step.
4. Voilá, your imported file is now part of a List.

Navigate to [https://platform.bookboost.io/#/pdi](https://platform.bookboost.io/#/pdi)

Click "The users have been added to the list."

The last step is to create an 'Audience' based on this List, to send campaigns to the Customer profiles you just added.

1. Navigate on the left menu under 'Profile', to ➝ 'Audiences'
2. On the top right corner ➝ 'Add new audience' ➝ by clicking on the plus sign ➝ ➕

1. Add a 'Title' to your Audience.
2. Click on ➝ 'Add Filter'
3. Search for ➝ 'Guest List' ➝ Select the Guest List you created in the previous step.
4. If you want to identify these customers by belonging to a specific List ➝ click the checkbox under Save ➝ 'Show on guest profile'.
The name you give to the Audience will be the tag added to the Guest Profile.
5. SAVE!

Click the "Search for a filter..." field.

In order to use this new 'Audience' based on a 'List' of customers you imported, navigate to the 'Campaigns' section ➝ click on Journey ➝ click on '➕ Campaign' ➝ Add the 'Audience'.

You are good to send those amazing journey campaigns 😊
