Navigate to <https://chatbot.meera.ai/home>

Click on Modules

Click "Close Or DNC Leads Module"

Download sample CSV file
Note: When a lead is marked as DNC, they are permanently blocked from all campaigns. You will not be able to reach out to them again unless they opt back in to receive messages.

Add the phone numbers of the leads you want to DNC to the sample file, then download the file in CSV format

Select the "DNC" lead action

Click **Choose File**, then upload your completed file containing the leads you want to DNC

Click "Submit"
