From your **events list,** click the **green plus sign**.

Click in the "**Event Name**" field and type the name of your event.

Click in the event **URL field** and type in the **part of your site name that will come before swell.gives**.

Click the "The Nonprofit Benefiting from this Event" field and type in your **organization's name**.

The event you just created will be in your event list. **Click on the name you gave it to open it up**.

Optional: Edit your organization's name or the name of your event if you need to.

Enter the text that will appear on all of your personal fundraising pages in the "Description for Fundraising Pages".

Tip: This is a description that will appear on the personal fundraising pages for those who are fundraising for you. This is typically filled in with a description of why someone should give or what their donation would be supporting.

Upload an **event page header image** that measures **740 x 288 px** and is a **jpg** file.

**Optional:** Upload a **profile page header image** that measures **740 x 288 px** and is a **jpg** file.

Upload your **logo image** that measures **261x166 px** and is a **jpg file.** Optional: Enter your organization's website in the space provided.

Tip: Since this logo appears in the upper-right hand corner of all pages of your site, it's also a great place to highlight a presenting sponsor! Insert their logo and website instead of your own.

Upload an **email header image** that's **550x135 px** and is a **jpg** file.

Upload a **ticket header image** that measures **1000x245 px** and is a **jpg file**.

Upload a **ticket footer image** that measures **1000x245 px** and is a **jpg file**.

Optional: While you're in the branding tab, you can also upload an image to replace the default team photo on your team pages, a social media image to appear when someone shares your link and/or the leaderboard background image for the simple leaderboard display tool.

Click the edit icon in line with your home page/index page.

**Delete the default "Home Page" text** and **replace it with information about your event.**

Click **these numbers** or "**return to list**" to return to your **content page list**.

Optional: Click the green plus sign under content to create a new page.

Tip: This is the text that will go at the end of your campaign site link to take you straight to this content tab (only use one word).

Tip: This is the name of the tab that will show up on your site. It can be more than one word. For example, if you created an ‘about’ content page, you could name the tab “About Us”.

Optional: Change the sort order to indicate where your new page should appear in your site menu.

Click this checkbox to make your page active.

Tip: If you don't want this tab to be visible in your Swell site's menu, check the box next to "hidden" here.

Optional: If you'd like to see all of your fundraisers on this page, click this checkbox.

Click the green plus sign to create your tickets.

Select tickets from the product type drop-down.

Tip: If you don't want people to be able to register individually, check the box next to "hide from public".

Click in the "Maximum number available per event" field and enter the maximum number of tickets you can sell.

Set the price for your ticket. You have to enter an amount here, but it can be 0.

Click the green plus sign to create your teams.

Select "tables/teams" from the product type drop-down.

Type in the maximum number of teams you can sell in this field.

Set the price for your team. You have to enter a number, but it can be 0.

Optional: Enter a description of the team here.

Optional: Set up sponsorships if you'd like to sell them on your site. Begin by clicking the green plus sign.

Select "sponsorship" from the product type drop-down.

Set the maximum number you can sell of this sponsorship here.

Enter a description for the checkout page so sponsors know what they're getting when they purchase this sponsorship.

Enter your Facebook page name, X username, and social media hashtag if you have one.

Social settings are optional. If you don't want to enter this information, you can simply check them off on your launch checklist.

Click this checkbox to enable the "thank you wall"

Optional: Configure your checkout pages, buttons, and leaderboards

Check the boxes next to any options you'd like to enable. Uncheck the boxes to disable options.
