From the homepage click "Accounts Manager"

Choose and click on the account containing the instance you want to stop

Choose and click on the subscription containing the instance you want to stop

Choose and click on the resource group containing the instance you want to stop

Navigate to the Instance list to identify the Instance you want to stop

The instance status will change to "deallocated"

After the the instance is deallocated the status will change to "Stopped"
