Student How-To: Submit a Student Assistance Request

A Student Assistance Request can be submitted to request help from an eCampus Student Success Team member. This form should not be used to appeal a grade, an academic honesty concern, or to submit a formal complaint.

Log into the [SEADS Student Portal](https://seads.ecampus.usg.edu)

Click on the Course Offering link.

Click the green button labeled "Click Here to Submit a Student Assistance Request Form."

Review the information in the pops-up box and select the Primary Issue from the drop down menu. Click "Next."

Continue through the form, and provide any additional information about your question or issue as well as your preferred method of contact. At the end of the form, click "Submit."

Once you have submitted the Student Assistance Request form you will see a pop-up screen that confirms that your request has been submitted successfully. A member of the eCampus Student Success Team will reach out to you within 1 business day to provide additional support.
