Submitting An Expense Report

Please note: An expense cannot be submitted until it is placed on an expense report. Until you fully submit the expense report, we are unable to see that it exists. This tutorial will walk you through the steps to ensure your expense is properly added and ready for submission.

Log into [expense.zoho.com](http://expense.zoho.com) Click "Reports".

As the default view is “Pending Reports,” any report you see in this area has not been submitted and cannot be seen by your report approver or the myXP team. If your report has the “Draft” label like the one below, it has not been submitted and will not be processed until you complete the submission.

Select the Report title to open the report.

Review the expenses on the report. Every expense must either have the credit card icon or the “R” reimbursement icon. **If an expense is missing both, it will be rejected.** The totals on the report will show the total amount of non-reimbursable expenses (those purchased on the church credit card) and the amount you will be reimbursed for once your report is approved. Once you are certain your report is ready, select the Submit button in the top right hand corner.

You will select the report approver from the dropdown menu and then select the submit button.
