Navigate to [https://expense.zoho.com/app#/home/dashboard](https://expense.zoho.com/app#/home/dashboard)

Click on the profile icon in the top right corner of the page.

Click underneath where it says "Delegated to Me"

Choose the user you would like to process expenses for.  

Alert!  If the person you want to process expenses for is not showing on your list, it means they have not yet added you as a delegate.

You will see you are in the view of the person you have selected by noting the bar across the top of your screen.

You are currently in ryan's view.  
Switch to My View

Once in the other users account, process all expenses exactly like you would on your own expense report.

Once complete, select the "Switch to My View" option at the top of the screen.  You will then be back in your user account.
