        Click "OK"

ASSIGN PASSWORD On the 'Manage Users' page, locate the user and click 'Reset Password'.
ASSIGN PASSWORD Here, you have the option to either assign a password or have the system randomly generate a password for the user. Either way, it is always a good idea to send the Welcome Email so the user has a link to log in.
ASSISTANT ROLES & ASSIGNING AGENTS For Users who will serve as Assistants to an Agent (or multiple Agents), you can now assign the corresponding account(s).
SETTINGS ICON Notice that a 'cog-wheel icon' will display for users with the 'Assistant' permission. Click this to assign Agents that the Assistant will work with.
ASSIGN AGENT(S) Next, either click to select or begin typing the name of the Agent that the Assistant will support. Once finished, click "OK."
        Click "OK"
